BBD will provide your tenant with detailed information on how to prepare for service. Preparation is very minimal and the tenant will not have to get rid of any furniture. ALL Heat treatments are an overnight service. During the treatment all of our equipment will be inside the apartment. We can service apartments with sprinkler systems. BBD will place Cimextraps under all of the appropriate furniture so that we can properly monitor the results of the treatment. We will make arrangements with management to schedule the 2 follow up inspections so they can notify tenants. After the 45 day monitoring period Bed Bug Destroyers will provide a final report detailing the treatment for your files. We can also maintain a treatment history to help identify repeat issues.
